Bella

My name is Bella, and yes, I am every bit as gentle as my big doe eyes suggest.

I was rescued from quite the predicament when I found myself wet, cold, and starving, stuck inside a drain! I was terrified and didn't think I'd ever leave that dark hole... but the team here helped me quickly regain my confidence. I can still be a little shy in new situations, but I warm up fast once I know I am safe. 

 

I’m a laidback lady who gets along well with other dogs, but above all, I am a people-oriented girl who thrives on close companionship. My favorite moments are spent settling in against you for soft scratches and just sharing your space.

I am a big fan of treats and playing ball, but my handlers describe me as a couch potato (rude!). Though I enjoy my days at the sanctuary, what my heart really longs for is a family I can call my own. I know my person is out there. Could that be you?
