HER STORY

Sashay was rising four when she came into our care. Born into a life of neglect, she knew only fear, hunger and harsh handling. Kept in a dark, dirty stable, she developed a deep mistrust of people and the stable vice of crib biting. Gaining her trust has taken time, patience and quiet consistency, but she’s made wonderful progress and is beginning to step into a new chapter.

PERSONALITY AND PROGRESS

Now slowly starting her work and training, Sashay is being considered for adoption. With her striking chestnut coat and flaxen mane and tail, she looks just like a Barbie pony — but don’t let her looks fool you. Sashay has a strong personality and can be a handful, especially in the stable.
