Hello there, I am Lady.

 

The team here at The Gem Project says my name suits me perfectly, and I try my best to live up to it every day. I like to think I bring a certain quiet diplomacy and grace to the sanctuary.

I arrived here alongside a friend when our previous owner no longer had the space to keep us. It wasn't anything I did wrong. I am a very easygoing girl. I do not ever feel the need to take center stage, but I promise I have so much quiet affection and love ready to give.

Life with me is refreshingly uncomplicated. I really enjoy the simple pleasures, like a gentle game of chase with my kennel mate or practicing my training. I already know my basic commands, and I always handle myself with poise, whether I am learning something new or meeting someone for the first time.

If you are looking for an easy companion who will slip naturally into family life, I think I would be rather good at that. I will walk politely beside you, greet your friends kindly, love you wholeheartedly, and never make life more complicated than it needs to be.
