Sergeant Cooper and Deputy Rodger, reporting for duty! If you are looking for a smart, capable, and deeply loyal pair of companions to join your family, we are fully trained and ready to go.

We arrived at The Gem Project together from a home where we were well-loved but sadly could not stay. Because we both know what it is like to live in a house, we are fully house-trained, walk beautifully on a leash, and know our commands. We are excellent students who thrive best when we have a consistent daily routine and a confident Captain guiding us through new environments.

As a team, our dynamic is perfectly balanced. I am Sergeant Cooper, the naturally focused, observant leader. My brother is Deputy Rodger, a gentle, highly intelligent soul who loves to lean in close against your legs when we are hanging out. In the past, Rodger has relied heavily on me as his commanding officer for his confidence, and big, noisy changes can still make him feel a little overwhelmed. But every single day at the sanctuary, we are working together to help him earn his stripes and build his own relaxed independence.

The fast lane to both of our hearts is through a training session with some tasty treats. When the rewards come out, you will have our absolute, undivided attention. We have so much love, intelligence, and manners already built into us, and we are completely inseparable.

We know it is a long shot to ask for two large shelter dogs to be adopted together, but we are not ready to give up hope. We are so ready to meet our true Captain and start our new life as a family.
