Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxed experience for all dogs and their humans, please read and agree to the following booking policy before making a reservation. 1. Bookings & Access The Gem Project Sanctuary Private Dog Play Park operates on a pre-booked, hourly time-slot basis only. Each booking grants exclusive use of the park during your reserved time. Entry is only permitted during your confirmed booking slot. Early arrivals or overtime use are not allowed, as this impacts other bookings. 2. Arrival & Departure Please arrive on time, not early, to avoid overlap with other guests. Ensure the park is vacated promptly at the end of your booking. Allow time for leashing, loading, and exiting before your slot ends. 3. Dogs Allowed All dogs must be: *In good health *Up to date with core vaccinations or titre-tested *Free from contagious illnesses, parasites, or injuries *Dogs must arrive and leave on leash. *Owners are responsible for ensuring gates are securely closed at all times. 4. Supervision & Behaviour Dogs must be actively supervised at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour, actions, and interactions. Any aggressive, unsafe, or destructive behaviour may result in early termination of the session without refund. 5. Number of Dogs & People The maximum number of dogs and people allowed per booking must be adhered to as specified at time of booking. No unregistered dogs or additional guests are permitted without prior approval. 6. Cleanliness & Waste Please pick up after your dog immediately. Waste bins and disposal tools are provided and must be used. Any damage caused to fencing, equipment, or property must be reported. 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee. 8. Weather Policy Bookings proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that make the park unsafe, management may reschedule or refund at their discretion. 9. Liability & Risk Use of the park is at your own risk. Gem Project Sanctuary is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, people, or personal belongings. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of off-leash play. 10. Respect the Sanctuary This is a peaceful sanctuary space — please respect the environment, wildlife, facilities, and neighbours.
